I when to see Iron Man 2 the other day and enjoyed it. (See our reviews at (www.hisandhermovieview.com) .
We saw it at Cinema Arts in Fairfax and I was able to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the movie. Why can't every theater have coffee? Why to some, who have it, stop serving it in the summer? Does Starbucks close for the summer? I can not enjoy a chocolate cookies without coffee. As one gets older, popcorn, overly Sweet candy and gummy bears become a problem. Give me cookies, coffee, and more pizza. PLEASE!
Our rules: 1. Get back into the theaters and have our money talk. 2. Use our website for Baby Boomer Reviews. 3. Participate in our Boomer Movie Blog.

Patrick: Well "Sam" and I have finally decided to get serious about this blog. We don't really know what we are doing, but the best way to learn is by doing. We both love movies and enjoy going out to see them. This world is getting so detached due to the personal electronics, that we need to did out in the real world when we see a movie. How can you enjoy a comedy when there is no one else there to laugh with you?
There are good things-- the big screen that fully engulfs you. The surround sound that makes you turn your head. The smell of warm pop corn and the melting chocolate in your hand.
There are bad things--kids kicking you chair, people talking or texting, and the smell of smuggled in fried chicken. But is all real and that's life.
WHAT IS THE GOOD AND THE BAD OF YOUR MOVIE GOING EXPERIENCE?
